This website and its services are intended for individuals and organisations seeking pixel art, sprite design, and arcade game development work. Use of the site for lawful, good-faith purposes is welcome.
Prohibited uses
Using the site to harvest data or run automated scraping tools without permission
Submitting false or misleading information through the contact form
Attempting to interfere with the site's operation or security
Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Service access
Access to this site requires no account creation. Service engagements are arranged through direct communication. We reserve the right to decline or end any service relationship.
2. Account and access
Pixelpaw does not currently offer user accounts or require registration to browse or contact us. All project communication happens directly by email or through the contact form.

Project collaboration is handled via agreed-upon communication channels on a per-project basis
Either party may end a service arrangement with reasonable notice as outlined in the project agreement
3. Service availability
Uptime: We make reasonable efforts to keep this website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in brief downtime.
Capacity: As a small studio, we accept a limited number of concurrent projects. Availability may vary and is confirmed at the point of engagement.
Geographic access: We work with clients globally and remotely. There are no geographic restrictions on website use.
Service changes: We may adjust pricing, service scope, or offerings over time. Changes will be reflected on this site and do not affect existing agreed engagements.
4. Intellectual property
Site content: All text, graphics, and code on this website are the property of Pixelpaw unless stated otherwise. Reproduction without permission is not permitted.
Deliverables: Ownership of completed work (sprites, art files, game builds) is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, as specified in the project agreement.
Portfolio rights: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, Pixelpaw retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
Client assets: Any materials you provide to us remain your property. We will not use them for any purpose other than the agreed project.
5. Disclaimers and limitations
This website and associated services are provided "as is." Pixelpaw makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Pixelpaw's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
6. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Pixelpaw operates.
Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication in good faith before any formal process.
We may revise these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
