Three services.
One clear scope each.
Each service is shaped around a specific stage of pixel art game development. Pick the one that fits where you are right now, or reach out and we'll help you figure out which makes sense.

Sprite Set Design
A focused art service for developers who want a small, cohesive collection of pixel sprites — characters, objects, or both — that feel like they belong in the same world. We define the palette together, draft the sprites collaboratively, and hand over tidy, organized files.
Suited to solo developers and small teams who want consistent visual charm without drowning in an asset pipeline. The work stays patient and shaped around your style at every stage.
Palette definition and sign-off before sprites begin
Character and object sprites in a coherent style
Source files and organized export folders
Handover note with integration guidance
Service 02
Pixel Game Build
A development service that takes a small pixel-art arcade idea from a brief to a playable state. Made for creators who value crisp visuals and a clear core loop — and who want something they can actually run, test, and build from.
Includes mechanic implementation, sprite integration, and a working build ready for testing. Scope is kept honest throughout, with room to extend after delivery.
Core mechanic implementation based on agreed brief
Sprite integration with consistent pixel style
Playable build delivered with source files
Codebase documented for easy extension
Service 03
Palette & Polish Pass
A gentle refinement service for games that are already built but could use some visual consistency. Colors reviewed and harmonized, pixel edges cleaned up, on-screen text styling adjusted. Done with care and respect for the existing art direction.
Intended for teams who want to bring visual coherence to a project that's grown organically — where the early sprites and the late sprites don't quite match, or the palette has drifted over time.
Full palette review and harmonization plan
Pixel edge cleanup guidance and examples
On-screen text and UI styling recommendations
Written summary of changes and rationale

Choosing
Not sure which service fits?
Starting from a brief or sketch
You have a game concept and you need pixel art that holds together visually. You don't have existing assets to work from.
→ Sprite Set DesignHave an idea, need it playable
You have a clear arcade game concept and want something you can actually run and test — a real build, not a mockup.
→ Pixel Game BuildGame exists, visual polish needed
Your game is built but the colors feel mismatched, or the later sprites don't quite match the earlier ones.
→ Palette & Polish PassStill unsure? That's fine — reach out and describe where your project is. We'll suggest what makes sense, or say honestly if none of our services fit what you need right now.

What all three services have in common
STEP 01
Write the scope
We agree on exactly what's covered before any work starts. No guessing later about what was included.
STEP 02
Early draft review
You see work in progress early — at the stage where changes are easy and inexpensive to make.
STEP 03
Revisions in rounds
Feedback is collected and worked through in batches, so progress stays clear and deliberate.
STEP 04
Delivery with context
Files arrive organized and documented. You know what you have and how to use it.

A few things worth knowing
Prices are fixed per service. You won't receive an invoice that's larger than what was quoted. If scope needs to grow, that conversation happens before work starts, not after.
We work with one project at a time per service slot, so each project gets real attention. This means we may not always have an immediate opening, but we'll give you an honest timeline when you reach out.
If your project doesn't fit one of these three services, we'll tell you that too. There's no pressure to squeeze something into a scope that doesn't serve it well.
Fixed price, agreed scope
What you see is what you pay. Scope changes are discussed openly, not charged silently.
No hidden extras
File exports, handover notes, and brief round of revisions are part of every service, not add-ons.
Honest if we're not the fit
We'd rather point you somewhere better than take on a project that doesn't suit what we do well.
